Rules/Regulations: ·The deadline to register your house is 11:59 p.m. Friday, October 4, 2024 NO EXCEPTIONS ·Judging will take place on the evening of October 18 between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. Please ensure that all lights, animations and decorations are in place and activated during these hours. Judges may want to come back around a second time, so please leave them on for entire time. Judges can be any member of the community and judging submissions will take place using Google forms ·Judges will be voting for the Spookiest Decorations, Most Unique Decorations, Cute N’ Creep Decorations, and Best Overall. ·Winners will be announced on both the Whitehall Recreation Facebook Page and Administration Facebook Page. Each winner will receive a gift and a lawn sign highlighting their win · Decorations cannot cover/interfere with any fire safety equipment or walkways. ·Decorations/displays must be viewable from the street. ·Entries cannot be made up of multiple neighbor structures or homes. ·Winners will be announced as early as 8 AM on October 21st, but no later than 4 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22nd via social media. ·Participants give permission for their home to be photographed and their address to be listed on Whitehall Recreation and the Whitehall Borough social media outlets and official websites. · Participants understand that the decision of the judges is final.
